Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in a Business Analyst role within technology, digital transformation, or change environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in business process modelling, process mapping, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; professional Business Analysis certification is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements elicitation sessions.
• Create user stories, process models, business process maps, and supporting documentation.
• Identify and support business process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support testing, change management, implementation, and project delivery activities.
• Maintain process architecture and contribute to governance and compliance.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for enterprise applications and operational systems.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, project and programme teams, suppliers, and partners.
