ServiceNow Developer

Salary: £70,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need solid experience developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.
• We need a good understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes.
• We need exposure to ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA tools.
• We need strong JavaScript programming skills.
• We need a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
• We require eligibility for SC Clearance, including 5 years of continuous UK residency.
• Experience working in complex or public sector environments is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA-driven workflows.
• We work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• We implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to enhance customer and user experience.
• We integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.
• We monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise platform performance to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
