IT Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Strong IT/Technical Business Analyst experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• BPMN/process modelling experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience working on technical/software development projects
• Financial services/regulatory experience desirable
• Active SC Clearance essential; candidates without this will not be considered

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and prioritisation
• Work closely with Tech Leads, Architects, Project Managers and development teams
• Produce process maps, use cases and functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders
• Support complex technology change and modernisation projects

We are hiring for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support technology modernisation projects within a large enterprise environment. This is an initial 3-month contract with hybrid working in London and a rate of £400-£450 per day, inside IR35. We will work closely with technical teams, architects and senior stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver the required business outcomes.
