Senior ERP Consultant - Implementation & Customer Success

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an experienced ERP consultant with at least five years experience implementing, consulting on, or advising on ERP systems.
• We want proven experience delivering successful ERP implementations and strong customer outcomes.
• We need experience improving, optimising, or leading change within existing ERP customer environments.
• We require strong knowledge of processes such as stock, purchasing, order management, fulfilment, finance, and reporting.
• We need solid SQL and technical capability, with confidence investigating data and troubleshooting issues.
• We want experience running discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• We need confidence training users and working with non-technical stakeholders.
• We value strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge, guide, and influence.
• We need the ability to bring structure and calm when customers are under pressure.
• We require a practical, proactive mindset and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• We need flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and stay away from home regularly.

• We deliver ERP implementation projects across different industries.
• We lead optimisation, improvement, and change projects within existing customer environments.
• We understand customer workflows and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• We run discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process mapping, training, and go-live support.
• We configure solutions and support customers through implementation and adoption.
• We build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day users.
• We challenge customer assumptions constructively when there is a better way to achieve the outcome.
• We use SQL and data investigation to support configuration, troubleshooting, and validation.
• We work closely with Support, Product, and Development to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• We feed customer insight back into the business to improve the product, process, and customer experience.
• We help shape how implementation and Customer Success are delivered as the business grows.

This is a permanent, full-time, field-based Senior ERP Consultant role covering the UK with extensive travel and regular overnight stays. We offer a salary of £55,000 to £65,000, plus car allowance and additional benefits. We are a small, agile, fast-moving software business with direct access to leadership, and this role gives you genuine ownership of customer outcomes, variety across implementations and optimisation work, and the opportunity to influence project delivery, product development, and Customer Success.
