Solutions Architect - Post Sales

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone who can code to a high standard using Python.
• We need experience supporting the technical delivery of SaaS platform integrations in a team setting.
• Experience with AWS architecture, SQL, or a computer science/software development background is beneficial.
• We value experience building and maintaining positive technical relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, including IT and data teams.
• We need someone who can communicate technical choices and delivery progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, outcome-driven way.
• Experience in a post-sale or customer-facing technical role, such as Junior Solution Architect, Technical Support, or Implementation Analyst, is important.
• We value experience using AI or automation tools to improve the quality, speed, or consistency of work.
• Experience supporting delivery processes, including planning phases, identifying risks, or coordinating with internal or external teams, is required.

Responsibilities:

• We own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and act as their trusted advisor.
• We design and deliver bespoke integrations between our platform and customer technologies such as policy administration systems, data warehouses, BI tooling, and identity providers.
• We drive customer adoption and platform usage by developing structured value realisation plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
• We build AI-first consulting and delivery artefacts, including reusable frameworks, templates, and innovation outputs for our Solution Architect toolkit.
• We support project margin outcomes by managing delivery scope, surfacing risks early, and coordinating with Customer Success Managers, Delivery Leads, and customer technical teams.
• We contribute to team capability by sharing patterns, leading internal show-and-tell sessions, and codifying best practices as the function grows.
