Requirements:- Experience with Oracle Compensation & Benefits module
- Strong experience configuring salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles
- Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans
- Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
- Understanding of integration with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management
- Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party system integration is a plus
- Design, implement, and optimize HCM modules within Oracle HCM Cloud
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to configure HR, salary structures, bonus plans, benefits programs, and incentive compensation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations

We are recruiting for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant on a 6-month contract, working remotely within the UK with potential travel to Birmingham or London, with travel expenses paid for visits to offices other than your base location. The role is inside IR35 and available on an umbrella-only basis.
