Change Management Lead

Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation within a consulting or enterprise environment.
• We have experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives involving technology, process, or organizational change.
• We have strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
• We have experience with digital adoption and learning platforms including WalkMe, Whatfix, Pendo, Trailhead, Agentforce, SAP EnableNOW, or related tools.
• We have experience supporting platform implementations such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP.
• We have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• We have strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• We have experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• We have familiarity with data-driven reporting, KPI tracking, and organizational adoption metrics.
• We have experience supporting business development and pre-sales activities within a consulting environment.
• A bachelors degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• We hold a Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.

Responsibilities:

• We develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies supporting digital transformation and platform adoption initiatives.
• We conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.
• We build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders while ensuring alignment throughout transformation initiatives.
• We design and execute communication plans that provide clear and consistent messaging to employees and leadership teams.
• We create and manage training and adoption programs leveraging digital adoption tools and AI-driven learning platforms.
• We monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness of change initiatives using data-driven insights.
• We provide ongoing reporting and feedback to stakeholders regarding progress, adoption, and organizational impact.
• We lead and mentor Change Managers and Change Analysts while supporting cross-functional collaboration across HR, IT, Operations, and business teams.
• We contribute to pre-sales activities including proposals, solution positioning, and client discussions related to change management services.
• We continuously improve change management processes, methodologies, and best practices across engagements.
