Senior Maximo Technical Consultant

Salary: £80,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite, including solution design and technical architecture, system configuration and implementation, data migration and integration, environment management and deployments, technical troubleshooting and support, and working directly with clients to define technical solutions.
• We require experience with Red Hat OpenShift, including OpenShift architecture and administration, Kubernetes concepts, platform deployment and configuration, environment management across Development, Test and Production, and supporting and troubleshooting containerised applications.
• We require the ability to engage confidently with client technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• We require the ability to lead technical workshops and requirements discussions.
• We require the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• We require the ability to produce technical and solution design documentation.
• We require the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We require the ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor junior consultants.
• We require eligibility to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, with a minimum of 5 years recent residence in the UK.
• We strongly prefer candidates who are willing and able to undertake DV clearance.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Manage, IBM Maximo Mobile, IBM MAS Monitor, IBM MAS Health, IBM App Connect Enterprise, enterprise integrations, asset management, facilities management, workplace management solutions, UK Government or Defence projects, or secure cloud environments is advantageous.

• We engage directly with clients and lead technical workstreams.
• We deliver complex solutions from design through implementation and support.

• We lead technical workshops and requirements discussions.
• We translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• We produce technical and solution design documentation.
• We mentor and support junior and less experienced consultants.
