AI Middleware Developer

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• We want someone with experience to pick things up quickly and work independently when needed.

• We are particularly interested in candidates with experience shipping a commercial product or working on released middleware.
• We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working directly with clients or integrating into a clients technical environment.
• We require the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• We design and develop new features for our middleware product, Kythera.
• We investigate and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• We review code and provide technical input in the design.
• We write tests and documentation.
• We support customer relationships and provide technical guidance to clients.

We are Intelligent Artefacts, also known as Kythera AI, and we build middleware that powers entities and NPCs across video games, simulations, and beyond, from independent game studios to large-scale training programmes.
