SC Cleared OT Cyber Security Risk Assessment Consultant

Salary: £130,000 - 143,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience conducting cyber security risk assessments in OT/ICS environments.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443-3-2.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience producing technical reports and risk documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assessments.
• Sole British nationality.
• SC clearance.
• Available to start ASAP.
• Able to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Able to work onsite in the Reading area at least 3 days per week initially.
• Able to work using company-provided equipment and approved security procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of IEC 62443-3-2 cyber security risk assessments across approximately 33 OT/industrial systems.
• Conduct IEC 62443-3-2 Initial Risk Assessments (ZCR1-ZCR4).
• Perform Detailed Risk Assessments (ZCR1-ZCR7) where risks exceed tolerable levels.
• Gather information from stakeholders and facilitate assessment activities.
• Produce and maintain risk assessment documentation using customer-approved templates.
• Address review comments and deliver final assessment artefacts.
• Provide project updates, effort estimates, and progress reports.

We are supporting the delivery of cyber security risk assessments for approximately 33 OT/industrial systems, working closely with engineering, security, and project stakeholders. This is a 12-month contract role with a pay rate of £500 to £550 outside IR35. The working pattern is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working and an initial requirement to be onsite in the Reading area at least 3 days per week.
