Lead Software Engineer - Frontend Development

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We lead the development of complex technical solutions while managing our own workload and supporting the workload of developers in the team.
• We provide technical advice and guidance to other software developers, both proactively and reactively.
• We ensure all code meets our standards, guidelines, and quality gates for the relevant technologies.
• We encourage close collaboration with other disciplines within the team and with dependent teams.
• We take an active role in transferring knowledge and sharing our technical expertise at practice level.
• We contribute to designing, developing, testing, and implementing efficient solutions that meet business and customer requirements.
• We help shape and modernise our new pensions application stack and support the delivery of our new technology solution.
