Job Description

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong background in managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into action
  • Proven experience optimising campaigns to drive commercial outcomes, including traffic, conversions and revenue growth
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate performance clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience running structured testing and experimentation to improve performance
  • A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, technologies and emerging trends
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on results
  • We are based in either Manchester or Milton Keynes, and we work in a hybrid way with 1-2 days a week in the office
Responsibilities:
  • Own the paid search roadmap for our UK business, ensuring our campaigns deliver strong commercial performance while continuously evolving through testing, innovation and best practice
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across core and emerging biddable channels, driving growth across Web and App orders
  • Own campaign reporting, identify key drivers of performance and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
  • Lead testing and experimentation initiatives, including the adoption and scaling of AI-powered formats and new platform capabilities
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure we remain at the forefront of search innovation
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, Media and wider Digital teams to align strategies, share insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Support the development of measurement and incrementality frameworks to better understand the true impact of marketing activity
  • Ensure all campaigns operate in line with industry regulations and protect our brand
