Technical Support Team Leader
Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 46,000 per year
Requirements:- We ideally want previous experience in a similar technical or IT support position.
- We want supervisory or management experience.
- Call centre or customer service management experience is welcome.
- Experience with SaaS-based products or fleet management software systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Experience with CRM and support tools such as HubSpot or similar ticket management systems is beneficial.
- We provide hands-on leadership and supervision of a busy technical and customer support team.
- We work closely with technical and after-sales teams to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
- We process customer technical queries via phone, email, chat, or online.
- We raise, process, complete, and manage tickets, escalating to other departments as required.
- We deliver remote onboarding training for new customers and users.
- We investigate, communicate, and resolve online software faults with customer and IT teams as required.
- We maintain accurate records of tickets and information in our CRM system.

We are a leading supplier of bespoke vehicle management systems to a growing number of fleet operators throughout the UK. We are recruiting for a Technical Support Team Leader to join our team. This is a full-time Monday to Friday role, 37.5 hours per week, with a basic salary of £40,000 to £46,000 negotiable, plus bonus and benefits.
