UI Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with Angular
• Strong commercial experience with JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong commercial experience with HTML5
• Strong commercial experience with CSS3 / SCSS
• Experience with responsive UI development
• Experience building reusable front-end components
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation
• Experience working on large, complex software applications rather than simple websites
• Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-focused interfaces
• Strong appreciation of usability, accessibility and user experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users
• A mindset of a Business Analyst, asking the right questions and challenging requirements to achieve the best outcome
• Pride in writing clean, maintainable, well-structured code
• Must be free to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular and JavaScript
• Help improve the overall user experience across a complex enterprise application
• Work closely with users and internal stakeholders to understand how the software is used
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Deliver features that make a genuine difference to the customer experience
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners and stakeholders to transform business requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions
