Technical Lead

Salary: £100,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Python
• Experience with modern frameworks and engineering tools
• Strong AWS/cloud experience, with AWS preferred
• Experience with data platforms, ETLs, or data science environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a collaborative engineering team
• Drive sprint planning and prioritise backlog tasks
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of software projects
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Improve engineering processes and delivery standards
• Develop new features and support production systems
• Help shape modern, cloud-based technical solutions
