Field Service Engineer - Southampton

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in IT Support, Desktop Support, AV Engineering, Telecoms, Photography, or a related field.
• We prefer candidates with a basic knowledge of electrical systems, although this is not essential.
• We require a full, valid UK driving licence and the willingness to travel regularly.
• We value strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
• We are looking for someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• We install, prepare, and set up instant imaging machinery.
• We provide technical advice when needed.
• We troubleshoot, maintain, and repair the machinery.
• We liaise with clients, customers, and internal departments.
• We keep accurate technical documentation for projects worked on.
• We work autonomously while travelling regularly across the UK and sometimes internationally.
