3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £33,000 - 38,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience supporting Microsoft RDS/AVD and Exchange environments.
• Proven systems administration experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure/Entra, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Manage and maintain a global server estate of 600+ servers, ensuring systems are patched, monitored and operating efficiently.
• Provide 3rd line technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
• Work closely with ICT teams and business stakeholders to ensure systems remain secure, reliable and performant while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
