2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £32,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• We require strong 2nd Line support experience with a broad technical skillset.
• We require excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• We require a customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
• We require candidates to be organised, proactive, and keen to learn.
• We require a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as our location is not accessible by public transport.

Responsibilities:

• We manage and resolve 2nd Line support tickets and escalations.
• We support a varied client base across multiple industries.
• We assist with new client onboardings and migrations.
• We work closely with senior engineers on infrastructure projects.
• We deliver outstanding customer service and technical support.
