1st Line IT Support

Salary: £24,000 - 26,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role is desirable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware and software
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Keen to learn and develop technical skills

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT service requests via phone, email and ticketing tools
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at first-line level
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate ticket records and documentation
• Support user account management and access requests
