1st Line IT Support

Salary: £27,000 - 29,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with enthusiasm to learn new systems and skills, with a demonstrable interest in IT and a minimum of 6 months experience in a commercial environment.
• We need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• We need excellent computer literacy.
• You should be confident in using MS operating systems and MS Office 365 products, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
• You should be self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to troubleshoot.
• We need excellent organisational skills.
• You should have an understanding of a range of IT software and hardware.
• Suitable candidates will ideally be based within commuting distance of Taunton.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st line support to all users, offering support and guidance in the use of operating systems and associated software.
• Develop skills and knowledge across various areas of IT support and systems.
• Support the preparation, maintenance and refurbishment of IT equipment.
• Provide day-to-day support and assistance to the existing IT team in relation to hardware, software and general IT issues within the business.
