Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in einem wachsenden Marketing-Team und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung eines strategisch wichtigen Specialty-Care-Portfolios aktiv mit. Die Position bietet viel Eigenverantwortung, kurze Wege und die Möglichkeit, sowohl strategisch als auch operativ sichtbar Einfluss zu nehmen.
Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung lokaler Brand- und Marketingstrategien
- Verantwortung für Brand Plans, Businesspläne, Kampagnen und KPI-Tracking
- Steuerung von Marketingmaßnahmen für Facharztzielgruppen, insbesondere Dermatologie und Pneumologie
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung eines Specialty-Care-Portfolios mit Biosimilar-/Biologika-Bezug
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Medical, Market Access und internationalen Schnittstellen
- Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsinformationen zur Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
- Steuerung externer Agenturen und Dienstleister
- Planung und Umsetzung von Kongressen, Events und HCP-Kommunikation
- Budgetverantwortung und Erfolgskontrolle der Marketingaktivitäten
- Entwicklung innovativer Ansätze zur Differenzierung im Markt
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Brand Management / Product Management
- Fundierte Rx-Erfahrung, idealerweise in Dermatologie, Pneumologie, Immunologie, Specialty Care, Biologika oder Biosimilars
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in strategischer Markenführung und eigenständiger Projektsteuerung
- Erfahrung mit Launch-, Lifecycle- oder Portfolio-Themen von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Agentursteuerung, Kampagnenentwicklung, Kongressen und cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
- Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit hands-on Mentalität
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
