📄 Fixed Term Contract - 3 months (initial project but will extend)

📍Remote - United Kingdom

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their a mix of Corporate and Technology hiring. You will lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for marketing, operations, people and technology finance roles – from market research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, to offer negotiations and acceptance

This is for a high-growth start-up, and you’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas

• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers

• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods

• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience

• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire

• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

• Demonstrable experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Track record in hiring across EMEA.

• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders

• Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools

• Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
