Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitungsphase wirst du immer mehr zu einem wichtigen Treiber unserer Produktvision. Das bedeutet für uns:

• Du bist neugierig und bestrebt, die Bedürfnisse und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden zu verstehen und verfolgst unermüdlich die bestmögliche Lösung für sie.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um Produktideen in die Realität umzusetzen. Dabei beginnst du mit dem Verstehen der Anforderungen und bietest kontinuierliche Unterstützung während der Implementierung. So stellst du sicher, dass unser Team ein klares und umfassendes Verständnis des Projekts und der Kundenbedürfnisse hat.
• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Erfolg des Produkts: Gemeinsam mit dem Team erstellst du User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien, priorisierst Aufgaben und pflegst den Backlog. Dabei achtest du darauf, dass das Team an den wirklich wichtigen Dingen arbeitet.
• Du triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen, um eine reibungslose Produktimplementierung sicherzustellen, und fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen dem Produkt- und dem Entwicklungsteam.
• Du hältst dich stets über offene Fehlerberichte sowie die Herausforderungen der Kunden und Stakeholder auf dem Laufenden.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserem aktuellen Product Owner und internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um unsere Produkt-Roadmap zu verstehen und aktiv mitzugestalten.
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Releases unserer mobilen App(s).

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ähnliches.

• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung.

• Du hast 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Projektmanagement- oder Produktorganisation-Rolle.

• Du hast Erfahrung im DACH-Markt.

• Du hast Erfahrung mit einem Software- oder SaaS-Produkt.

• Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem kleinen Unternehmen gesammelt.

• Du hast eine unerschöpfliche Neugier auf Technologie und das Verständnis der Benutzerbedürfnisse und strebst ständig nach Verbesserungen.

• Du bist mit agilen Werten sowie der Kanban- und Scrum-Methodik vertraut.

• Du hast Erfahrung im Schreiben von User Stories und im Aufteilen von Epics in nützliche Einheiten.

• Du bist schnell auf den Beinen und hast eine analytische, datengetriebene Denkweise.

• Du bringst ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten und ein gutes Auge für Details mit.

• Du hast starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sprichst fließend Englisch.

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich, aber ein großer Pluspunkt.

Your Responsibilities:

After an intensive onboarding period, you will grow more in more into becoming a key driver of our product vision. Here’s what that means to us:

• You are curious and eager to understand our customers' needs and challenges and are relentless in pursuing the best possible solution for them.
• You collaborate with the development team in order to turn product ideas into product reality. Starting with understanding requirements, through providing constant support throughout implementation, you ensure our dev team has an organized understanding of the project and the customer needs.
• You take ownership of delivered product value: you help the team create user stories and acceptance criteria, you prioritise and participate in grooming the backlog items. You make sure the team is doing valuable work.
• You use data-driven decision making to ensure organization of the product implementation, acting as the bridge between the product and development team.
• You remain up to date about open bug tickets and the issues customers and stakeholders face.
• You work closely with our current Product Owner and internal stakeholders to understand and contribute to our product roadmap.
• You own the releases of our mobile app(s).

What you bring:

• You have a completed tech degree or similar.

• You have a good understanding of software development.

• You have 3-4 years of experience in a project management or product organization role.

• You have experience in the DACH market

• You have experience working with a software or SaaS product.

• You already collected first experiences working in a small business.

• You have endless curiosity about technology and understanding user needs, and are constantly pushing for better.

• You are familiar with agile values and both the Kanban and scrum methodology.

• You have experience in writing user stories and breaking down epics into useful slices.

• You are quick on your feet and have an analytical data-driven mindset.

• You bring excellent organisation skills and a great eye for detail.

• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English. Strong knowledge of German is not required, but considered a major plus.
