Role Overview

As our Video Editor for Paid Social, you’ll be responsible for editing high-performing, engaging video content for Healf’s paid social campaigns on Meta. You’ll work closely with our performance marketing and creative teams to translate raw footage, UGC, and brand assets into thumb-stopping, story-driven videos that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Ads.

• Collaborate with the performance team to optimise edits for engagement and conversion.

• Develop multiple creative variations to test hooks, CTAs, and storylines.

• Edit in a fast, agile environment with quick turnarounds and evolving creative strategies.

• Ensure all videos reflect the Healf brand voice, visual style, and storytelling standards.

• Keep up to date with social platform trends, formats, and emerging editing techniques.

Experience & Skills Required

• Incredible video editor with imaginative ideas and an eye for detail

• Proficient with video editing software tools

• A great portfolio of video editing experience in a paid social or performance creative environment.

• Proven ability to create scroll-stopping UGC-style content that drives conversions.

• Experience with organic social editing (Instagram Reels, TikTok) is a plus.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• You know the difference between content that looks good and content that converts.
