Member of Commercial Staff

In this role you'll help in growing and supporting our customer base:

• Build and manage relationships with (new) customers

• Develop deep product, market and customer understanding

• Optimize and own the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ensuring maximum satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in executing, building and improving processes and projects in fast-paced environments

• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements

• Ideally you have a basic understanding of software engineering best practices

• First experience or interest in energy markets

• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders with various backgrounds

• You are native in German and fluent in English

Don't worry if you don't have all of the above. We believe much more in the right mindset than the right experience. We happily teach you a lot and thus prefer fast-learners over high experience.
