Project Administrator (Change Control / GMP)

$44-$47/hr W2

Contract through January (possible extension)

We're seeking a Project Administrator to support Technology Transfer and CAPEX projects in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Change Controls from initiation through closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Track project timelines, action items, and milestones.
• Schedule meetings, document minutes, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and audit-ready records.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or another GMP-regulated industry.
• Experience with Change Control and Quality Management Systems (Veeva, TrackWise, MasterControl, or similar).
• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
