Key responsibilities include data management, updating databases, troubleshooting entry issues, and coordinating with teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
The role involves interpreting construction drawings, assisting in project planning, tracking deliverables, and supporting permit process documentation.
Candidate must develop process maps, maintain work procedures, and contribute to process improvements.
Additional duties include conducting analytics, generating reports using Excel, and supporting team training efforts.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills, proficiency in Jira, Visio, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experience in data management, accuracy tracking, and industry-specific knowledge (utility/construction) is preferred. Effective communication and cross-team coordination are essential.
