Aufgaben
- Rohmaterial (Gespräche, Ideen, Kundenprojekte) in starke LinkedIn-Posts verwandeln
- Content-Kalender planen und eigenständig umsetzen (ca. 6-8 Posts pro Monat)
- Kundenerfolge und Fallstudien journalistisch aufbereiten
- Performance der Beiträge analysieren und Ableitungen für künftigen Content ziehen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Testimonial-Videos und weiterem Content-Material
Qualifikation
- Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Journalismus, BWL oder vergleichbar - oder nachweisbare Erfahrung als Freelancer
- Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift - du schreibst klar, nicht akademisch
- Gespür für Storytelling und B2B-Kommunikation im deutschsprachigen Raum
- Interesse an KI-Themen und Mittelstandsthemen (du musst kein Experte sein, aber neugierig)
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise - du brauchst kein tägliches Briefing
