Als Associate Controller (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie das Operations Controlling für die Geschäftseinheiten unseres Kunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der kaufmännischen Geschäftsführung und den operativen Einheiten.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung analytischer Auswertungen des operativen Geschäfts und Erkennung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung proaktiver Handlungsempfehlungen auf Basis Ihrer Analysen
  • Mitwirkung an der Betriebsplanung gemeinsam mit Senior Controlling Managern
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Dashboards und Reports
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichs-Controllern und dem zentralen Controlling-Team
  • Schrittweise Entwicklung in die Rolle eines Beteiligungscontrollers
  • Unterstützung beim weiteren Wachstum der Unternehmensgruppe

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (idealerweise Controlling, Finance oder Accounting)
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im Controlling oder der Datenanalyse von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und Freude an analytischen Aufgaben
  • IT-Affinität: schnelle Einarbeitung in Tools und effiziente Nutzung digitaler Anwendungen
  • Lösungsorientiertes, agiles Mindset – Sie gestalten, statt zu verwalten
  • Gutes Gespür im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten und Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
