Deine Aufgaben:
Als Teil von #teamjemix versorgst Du unsere Kunden im Tagesgeschäft mit professionellen IT-Lösungen und bist die direkte Anlaufstelle unserer Kunden
- Bearbeitung von Tickets des Tagesgeschäftes
- Spannende IT-Projekte machen deinen Arbeitstag abwechslungsreich
- Erfassung, Pflege und Dokumentation der Wissensdatenbank
- Sicherstellung des Betriebs komplexer Systemumgebungen unserer Kunden Im Bewerbungs- und Kennlernprozess möchten wir gerne zusammen mit Dir herausfinden, welches unserer Teams Dein potenzielles Zuhause werden könnte. Die Teams finden sich in den Bereichen Helpdesk & Fieldservice, Network & Datacenter, Device Management und Cloudmanagement wieder.
Das solltest Du mitbringen:
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder entsprechende praktische Berufserfahrung
- IT-Innovationen begeistern Dich
- macOS und iOS sind deine Leidenschaft
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Deutsch auf C1 Niveau
- Englisch auf B1 Niveau
