AI Learning Expert (f/m/d) - full time

Tasks

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI literacy programs for non-technical employees across all departments
• Identify skill gaps and translate them into structured learning journeys
• Curate and build content on AI tools, prompt engineering, and responsible AI use
• Collaborate with team leads to embed AI learning into daily workflows – not just one-off workshops
• Evaluate learning impact with real metrics, not just satisfaction scores
• Stay ahead of the curve: you know what's coming before it hits the mainstream

Requirements

What you bring

• 3+ years in L&D, instructional design, or a related field
• Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools (not just ChatGPT on the weekend)
• The ability to make complex topics accessible without dumbing them down
• Strong facilitation skills – you can hold a room of skeptics and a room of enthusiasts equally well
• Comfort with ambiguity: this role is partly yours to define

Nice to have

• Background in organizational development or change management
• Experience in a scale-up environment
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
