Requirements:

• NPPV3 clearance is essential for this role.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 device upgrades and decommissioning old hardware.
• Ability to work with Autopilot and upload hardware hashes as required.
• Experience moving users and devices into groups via Intune.
• Ability to support the build and configuration of devices.
• Experience with post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory housekeeping tasks.
• Ability to update asset details and owners in an asset management tool.
• Experience decommissioning end-of-life devices.
• Ability to log faulty in-warranty devices with Lenovo.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure device readiness assessments and eligibility reviews.
• Upload hardware hashes to Autopilot as required.
• Move users and devices into defined groups via Intune.
• Support the build and configuration of devices.
• Deploy devices to end users.
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.
• Carry out Active Directory housekeeping tasks.
• Update asset details and owners in the asset management tool.
• Decommission end-of-life devices.
• Log faulty in-warranty devices with Lenovo.

We are working with a large IT company with a strong reputation for providing IT hardware and upgrades across the country. This is a three-month contract role based in Hull, Sheffield, and Rotherham, paying £200 per day inside IR35. The role supports a customer with a large Windows 11 device upgrade and hardware decommissioning programme.
