Salary: £35,360 - 37,440 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for someone with change management, order management, provisioning, enablement, or telecoms service delivery project coordination experience in a tech, telecoms, carrier, ISP, or similar IT technology environment.
  • Previous experience in administration, order management, provisioning, or service delivery project coordination is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with workflow systems such as Vodafone, BT, or Openreach is desirable.
  • Experience dealing with OLOs and external delivery teams is desirable.
  • Good proactive communication skills and strong documentation drafting skills are required.
  • Stakeholder and customer relationship management skills are required.
  • Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office, including email, Word, and Excel, are required.
  • Previous use of database, reporting, CRM, or workflow systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or similar methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Individuals must consent to and be eligible to achieve BPSS and SC level security clearance checks.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order queue across all Data and Voice teams.
  • Coordinate between delivery teams to schedule orders and change requests.
  • Schedule resources to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Ensure partners receive confirmation of resource within service level agreements.
  • Raise customer orders in the provisioning order management system.
  • Progress orders through the service delivery process.
  • Use Vodafone, BT, and Openreach workflow systems.
  • Understand order management processes and work with OLOs and external delivery teams.
  • Communicate updates and progress reports with customers.
  • Support delivery and completion of departmental quality assurance targets.
  • Support IP Data Provisioning Managers with resource and order planning.
  • Provide administrative support to engineering teams for voice and data products including ADSL, Ethernet, Leased Lines, WLR, Managed Services, IPVPN, WAN, and MPLS.
  • Coordinate, prioritise, and manage critical issues received.
  • Manage queues for all Data and Voice teams across multiple systems.
  • Generate work in progress reports.
  • Provide service delivery management input for customer review meetings.
  • Work in an Agile environment.

We are recruiting for a 24 month rolling temporary contract for an experienced order analyst, provisioning coordinator, order manager, sales support, or project administrator to join an international telecoms service provider. The role is fully remote and UK-wide, with working hours Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.30. You will help deliver the best possible service experience for global enterprise customers by supporting the order delivery cycle, coordinating customer communication, and providing order tracking and reporting across Data and Voice teams. This is an inside IR35 contract role with a gross umbrella pay rate of £17.50 per hour. The assignment requires eligibility for BPSS and SC security clearance checks.
