Technical Support Assistant

Salary: £27,500 - 27,500 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Technical support experience is a real advantage.

• We require eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• We are looking for someone available to work in person in Ballycastle, Northern Ireland.
• Full-time availability for a 40-hour work week is required.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you serve as the first friendly point of contact for customers via phone, email, and our ticketing system.
