Technical Lead - D365

Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx
• Experience with Dynamics plugins, workflows, and custom development
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation
• Experience with APIs, Dataverse, and Azure Integration Services
• Ability to design and deliver complex enterprise integrations
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and setting development standards

Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics environment
• Lead the full lifecycle of Dynamics solutions, including architecture, design, development, integration, deployment, and ongoing improvement
• Set technical standards
• Mentor developers
• Drive modern engineering and DevOps practices
