Support Engineer Smart Buildings

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Good technical experience with Trend or Tridium BEMS/HVAC building controls
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with stakeholders, customers, and external service providers
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach and a commitment to meeting customer expectations
• Ability to provide technical support, coaching, and direction
• Agile working approach with flexibility to support an on-call rota structure
• Full driving licence, as the role requires travel to different sites

Responsibilities:

• Carry out BMS pre-planned maintenance, small upgrades, and additional works
• Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns during core business hours and as part of the out-of-hours standby team
• Identify system improvements, including upgrades, system enhancements, and software improvements, to help manage energy performance efficiently
• Provide detailed and concise reports based on onsite activities
