Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance
• Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect within Microsoft environments
• Strong expertise across the Microsoft 365 platform
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft Teams migration projects
• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and Microsoft collaboration technologies
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Knowledge of hybrid Microsoft environments and cloud transformation initiatives
• Experience producing High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and technical documentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions for enterprise clients
• Lead the architecture and technical design of Microsoft Teams deployments and migration programmes
• Develop migration strategies for collaboration platforms, including tenant-to-tenant, hybrid, and cloud migration scenarios
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture diagrams
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project delivery teams
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards
• Support pre-sales activities, workshops, and technical presentations where required
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement throughout project delivery
