Software Delivery Team Lead

Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong technical background, ideally in software development or software engineering
• Experience leading or coordinating software delivery teams
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Ideally, experience using JIRA to manage development tasks, sprints, and delivery progress
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with outsourced or third-party development teams would be advantageous
• Exposure to iOS or Android application delivery would be beneficial
• Exposure to React Native would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate software delivery across four mobile applications
• Manage day-to-day delivery activities with an outsourced software development partner
• Run daily stand-ups, track progress, and remove delivery blockers
• Work with Product Owners to prioritise requirements and manage delivery schedules
• Ensure software releases are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the required quality
• Maintain visibility of development progress, risks, and dependencies
