ServiceNow Architect

Salary: £90,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM and Domain Separation.
• Experience designing complex integrations across multiple business systems.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance and ServiceNow best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML and XML.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
• ITIL Foundation.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Produce and maintain technical architecture documentation, process flows and design artefacts.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements.
• Manage platform upgrades and introduce new capabilities to maximise business value.
• Drive continuous improvement across the ServiceNow estate.
• Define architecture governance and ensure solutions follow best practice.
• Provide strategic guidance around ServiceNow capabilities, ITIL processes and industry trends.
• Participate in Design Authority and Architecture Review meetings.
• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to developers and junior team members.
