Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with C#, Node.js, and React
• Experience with AWS, event-driven and microservices architecture
• Experience using AI coding tools to improve efficiency
• Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework environment, including supporting sprint planning and daily standups
• Previous experience leading and mentoring junior engineers
• Experience within a SaaS organisation, ideally in product development

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop web interfaces, server-side components, and integrations
• Contribute to architecture reviews and help shape architectural decisions
• Mentor junior engineers, provide code reviews, and promote development best practices
• Work with product and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered to quality standards and timelines
• Contribute to improving team efficiency by exploring AI-assisted development technologies
