Senior Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require SC clearance or eligibility for SC clearance, and eligibility means you must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
• We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant.
• We need expertise in Oracle Cloud (SaaS) SCM, including Procurement, Self Service & Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Inventory Management, Product Management, Cost Management, Order Management, Manufacturing (Process and Discrete), and Quality.
• We need experience with Oracle Cloud (SaaS) areas including Accounts Payable, Tax, Subledger Accounting, Intercompany, and Supply Chain & Financial Orchestration Flows.
• Oracle E-Business Suite experience is highly desirable.
• We need Oracle Cloud Reporting experience, particularly Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
• Familiarity with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology is required.
• We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You should be able to work effectively within a team.
• You must be organised and self-motivated.
• You should be able to multi-task and prioritise across concurrent projects.
• Experience managing change requests through the development and testing lifecycle in line with project management standards and scope is required.
• Experience liaising with Oracle to manage client SRs effectively is required.
• You should be able to support clients and keep them updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
• Experience managing on-time project delivery and business expectations is required.
• You should be able to assist with risk management and change management on projects.
• You must be able to advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
• You should communicate effectively and drive project deliverables.
• You must be able to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• You should be able to provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• We lead and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
• We oversee requirements definition, design, and gap analysis.
• We lead application configuration.
• We drive functional support for technical activities such as data migration and integration.
• We lead solution validation workshops.
• We oversee testing support, training delivery, post-go-live support, and other aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.
• We manage change requests through the development and testing lifecycle in line with project management standards and scope.
• We liaise with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs.
• We support clients and keep them up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
• We manage on-time project delivery and business expectations while ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
• We assist with risk management and change management on projects.
• We advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
• We communicate project deliverables effectively.
• We complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• We provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.
