Requirements:- Experience working at 2nd- or 3rd-line support level
- Strong communication skills and confidence in a customer-facing environment
- Desktop support experience
- Experience with Windows enterprise environments
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft 365 support
- VPN troubleshooting
- Group server management
- Network infrastructure analysis
- Experience configuring HPE and Aruba network switches
- Availability to start immediately
- Provide day-to-day IT support in an educational environment
- Act as an escalation point for a junior engineer
- Create information packs covering network infrastructure, servers, inventories, and wireless configuration
