Senior IT Operations Professional

Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong 1st and 2nd Line IT support experience
• Excellent end-user computing and hardware knowledge
• Hands-on AV systems and digital signage experience
• Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management
• Experience with onboarding, user access, and general IT operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved across the IT environment
• Experience working within FMCG, Retail, startups, scale-ups, or other fast-paced environments would be particularly valuable

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for a broad mix of 1st and 2nd line support
• Work closely with the wider business
• Support the development of more junior team members
• Be involved across day-to-day IT operations
• Provide end-user support
• Support hardware, networking, AV, and digital workplace technology

We are partnered with a world-renowned FMCG brand looking for a Senior IT Operations Professional to join our UK technology team. This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-paced IT function, based in Central London near Charing Cross. The role is office-based four days per week, with work from home on Fridays, and five days in the office initially while you get settled. We offer a salary of 55,000-65,000 plus up to 25% annual bonus. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad, hands-on IT role and wants to develop their technical experience within a globally recognised brand.
