Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on user-facing products
• Product and commercial thinking
• Comfortable moving between frontend and backend development, even if our background leans more heavily one way
• Curiosity and excitement about using AI tools to build better software faster
• Familiarity with React, Remix, and TypeScript is great, but not essential
• Experience with testing practices, including unit, integration, or automated end-to-end tests
• A track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers

Responsibilities:

• Work closely cross-functionally to understand customer needs and take ideas from concept through to deployment
• Own work with freedom in a fast-moving environment where things are not always clearly defined
• Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack using React, Remix, TypeScript, and Golang
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to ship high-quality features quickly, using AI tools in day-to-day development
• Write clear, maintainable code and thoughtful documentation for people and AI models
• Help define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment
• Mentor other engineers and help scale our engineering culture
