Senior Full Stack Developer

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with Angular / TypeScript.
• Solid experience working with MySQL or relational databases.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience working with version control, preferably Git.
• Strong understanding of application security, performance and scalability.
• Experience working within an Agile or similar development environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Experience working with SaaS products.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing and test-driven development.
• Experience designing system architecture.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.

• Experience working within a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior/mid-level developers.

Responsibilities:

• Own the development and delivery of features across our SaaS product suite.
• Work across both front-end and back-end development.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and maintainable software.
• Translate business and product requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Work closely with product and operational teams to understand requirements and deliver against them.
• Take ownership of development tasks from initial planning through to deployment.
• Investigate and resolve bugs, technical issues and performance problems.
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Help establish and maintain strong development standards and best practices.
• Support the continuous improvement of our development processes, tooling and ways of working.
• Consider security, performance, scalability and usability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with our Azure infrastructure and contribute to the continued scalability and resilience of the platform.
• Help identify technical debt and opportunities to improve the existing product.
• Support the Head of Development in shaping the technical roadmap and future development capability.
• Stay up to date with relevant technologies and development practices.
