Senior Cloud & AI Solution Architect

Salary: £33,000 - 73,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a Bachelors degree or higher.
• We require over 5 years of hands-on experience in public or private cloud environments.
• We require a solid understanding of technologies and solutions from major cloud providers.
• We require professional experience in at least two of the following domains: Software Development, System Operations & Maintenance, System Integration, Solution Design, Technical Consulting, Enterprise IT Systems & Architecture Management, Big Data, or AI.
• We require proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages if your experience is in software development.
• We require excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• We require a strong customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, accountability, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• We require fluent English.
• We consider proficiency in a major European language and/or Mandarin Chinese a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• We provide professional services, including business technology consultation, cloud solution training, and technical enablement to support our international business growth.
• We collaborate with international architects and partners to design architecture on our cloud platform.
• We guide customers and partners through system migration to the cloud, including application and data migration.
• We support the development of applications and services on our platform.
• We coordinate cross-functional resources from product, service, and operations teams to deliver pre-sales technical support for key partner projects and strategic opportunities.
• We help build and structure our global technology partner ecosystem.
• We summarize and document technical solutions and industry-specific use cases.
