Senior AI Developer

Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have strong commercial experience in full stack software development.
• We are proficient in one or more of .NET/C#, Python, React, or Node.js.
• We have experience delivering production software in customer or enterprise environments.
• We have practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI application development.
• We have experience with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD practices.
• We are familiar with AI-assisted development tools.
• We have strong software engineering, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: We have experience with AI agents, vector databases, or AI evaluation techniques.
• Desirable: We have Azure certification or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: We have previous technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Desirable: We have experience working in consulting or professional services.

Responsibilities:

• We design, build, and deploy AI-enabled software solutions.
• We develop applications using technologies such as .NET, Python, React, or Node.js.
