• Experience with SuccessFactors
• Experience with country legal changes
• Experience with live service / production support
• Experience with SAP configuration and solution design
• Broader technical awareness across ABAP, Workflow, BASIS, Security, Integration, Portals and UI5 is highly beneficial
• Public sector experience is particularly valuable
• SC security clearance is required

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and enhance SAP HCM and Payroll solutions
• Take ownership of SAP Payroll issues, changes and enhancements
• Support both project delivery and live service environments
• Investigate issues and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Produce solution documents, functional specifications, WRICEFs and other documentation
• Work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions
• Provide estimates and contribute to planning and delivery
• Collaborate with experienced onshore and offshore SAP teams

We are a major SAP delivery team supporting a large, high-profile client on a 6-month contract at a rate of £450 per day inside IR35. The role is based in Telford with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days per week onsite. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across SAP HCM and Payroll within a complex, multi-supplier environment, supporting both project delivery and live service. We offer the chance to influence solution design and make a tangible impact across a large-scale SAP estate, while also developing experience across SAPs evolving landscape, including SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP, Concur and Cloud Analytics.
