SAP Delivery Lead - Consultant/Associate Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience managing delivery of large SAP programs and delivering to a differentiated commercial construct such as risk reward, revenue share, fixed price, or fixed outcomes
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively
• Expertise in revenue management, handling actual and forecasted revenues, and maintaining Cost-to-Charge Ratio (CCI%) for engagements
• Experience with project management methods such as Waterfall and Agile across multiple phases of the delivery lifecycle
• Senior stakeholder management experience, including managing customer satisfaction expectations
• Experience driving delivery in a multi-vendor or hybrid environment and leading mixed teams of clients, third parties, and contractors
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a results-driven and customer-focused approach
• A positive, proactive can-do attitude
• Highest level of leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions and ideas
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience handling international projects or working in a multicultural environment
• A relevant bachelors degree from a recognized institution
• S/4HANA experience is highly desirable
• Experience in a consulting environment is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Use our in-depth SAP expertise to coach and manage our team in designing and delivering solutions that fit client requirements, plans, and budgets
• Work as part of an international, multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with our colleagues and client teams across onshore and offshore locations
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to help deliver and create future value
• Lead and drive the successful and profitable delivery of our major SAP projects
• Lead all aspects of a project or program from blueprint through design, build, test, and post-go-live support
• Define scope and plan for implementations in collaboration with our clients
• Develop new business with new and existing clients
• Contribute to our SAP Business Group through knowledge sharing and asset development
• Support the special stream within S/4 implementation, including data migration, cutover, test management, mobilization, and coordination with solution architects for scope management
