Salary: £65,000 - 71,500 per year

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale SAP Ariba transformation programmes.
  • Strong programme and project management experience involving multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing SAP Ariba solutions, including strategic sourcing, contracts management, supplier lifecycle & performance (SLP), supplier risk, and spend analysis.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, source-to-pay (S2P), supplier management, finance integration processes, and compliance and governance controls.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise-wide technology transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience developing business cases, delivery roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
  • Strong governance, reporting, risk management, and portfolio management experience.
  • Experience managing global system integrators, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP/CPI, and enterprise applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership in change management and business adoption initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of procurement transformation programmes, including SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Risk Management, and Spend Management.
  • Manage a portfolio of interdependent projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery against programme milestones and business objectives.
  • Own programme scope, roadmap, schedules, budgets, resources, benefits, and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and business leadership teams.
  • Establish and manage programme governance structures, steering committees, reporting forums, and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee implementation and integration of SAP Ariba within the wider enterprise technology landscape.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, Integration, and Platform teams.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, technology standards, and change frameworks.
  • Support delivery of Procurement and ESG/CSRD technology initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of SAP-first procurement technology solutions.
  • Promote the use of automation, AI, contract intelligence, and digital procurement innovations.
